Our specialized Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre is seeking a qualified and compassionate Male Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. We provide comprehensive care for individuals with neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric conditions, and we are looking for a committed professional who can deliver high-standard nursing care with empathy and clinical competence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of the medical team

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain detailed patient records

• Assist in daily living activities and patient mobility, especially for male patients

• Support patients with neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric conditions

• Ensure hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols are strictly followed

• Collaborate with physiotherapists, psychologists, and other healthcare staff

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and follow treatment protocols

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM / BSc Nursing)

• Valid MOH Oman license, OSMB cleared, or willingness to complete licensing process as soon as possible

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred

• Strong understanding of patient care for neurological and psychiatric conditions

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

• Must be male (requirement for gender-specific care needs)

Work Routine:

• Rotational shifts including day, night, and weekends as needed

• 40 hours per week

• Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

• Exposure to rehabilitation programs tailored for male patients
