About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with government accounts, with a focus on advertising, product supply, and corporate events. This role requires a strong sales background, proven achievements, and the ability to work independently to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow business relationships with government clients and accounts.
  • Identify, pitch, and close opportunities in advertising campaigns, product supply, and event management projects.
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline reports.
  • Build and sustain strong professional networks with government decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, and events) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Continuously research market trends and competitor activities to develop new business opportunities.
