Job Purpose:

The Key Accounts Executive is responsible for acquiring and managing long-term leasing contracts with corporate, government, and institutional clients. Acting as the commercial face of the  brand in the B2B sector, the role focuses on building strategic relationships, generating contract-based revenue, and ensuring service continuity for key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for long-term leasing opportunities
  • Develop tailored leasing proposals based on client fleet requirements.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract closing with procurement teams and decision-makers.
  • Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and inquiries to secure new business accounts.

2. Key Account Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, fleet utilization checks, and satisfaction assessments.
  • Ensure timely renewal of expiring contracts and expand service scope where possible.

3. Contract & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and annual targets for fleet contracts, revenue, and account penetration.
  • Promote value-added services such as insurance packages, maintenance plans, and fleet customization.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Fleet teams to ensure vehicle availability and delivery timelines.

4. Proposal & Negotiations

  • Prepare quotations and commercial offers aligned with profitability guidelines.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract duration, add-on services, and payment terms with client stakeholders.
  • Ensure contracts are legally compliant and documented as per company standards.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Fleet, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to execute and activate contracts.
  • Participate in forecasting and planning for fleet allocation based on new and renewed contracts.
  • Provide insights to Branch & Leasing Managers on market trends and client feedback.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, signed contracts, and account activities in CRM systems.
  • Track contract performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with process standards and audit requirements.

7. Market Intelligence

  • Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Recommend product or service enhancements based on client requirements and market gaps.

8. Client Issue Resolution

  • Address service complaints, billing issues, or contractual concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to provide corrective actions and maintain client satisfaction.
