Position Overview
The Senior Manager – Marketing, Advertising, Branding & Digital Media will lead the group’s end-to-end marketing strategy across multiple business verticals. The role requires a strong strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in branding, digital marketing, advertising, social media management, and marketing communications. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across all group companies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for each business vertical.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to support business goals.
- Create annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
2. Branding & Corporate Identity
- Strengthen and standardize the brand identity across all group businesses.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all channels.
- Lead brand-building initiatives, product promotions, and corporate communication.
3. Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns (digital, outdoor, print, radio, TV).
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, production houses, media partners, and creative agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure ROI-driven execution.
4. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Oversee all digital channels including websites, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Develop social media strategies and content calendars for all group companies.
- Track analytics and optimize digital performance (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Lead online reputation management and customer engagement initiatives.
5. Business-Specific Marketing
- Tyres & Automotive: Develop B2B/B2C campaigns, dealer promotions, and product launches.
- Real Estate: Oversee project launches, lead-generation campaigns, and branding of properties.
- Hospitality: Create campaigns to increase occupancy, event visibility, and F&B promotions.
- Money Exchange & Financial Services: Promote remittance services, offers, and customer outreach programs.
6. Content & Creative Development
- Guide development of corporate videos, brochures, website content, digital creatives, and promotional materials.
- Ensure high-quality creative output aligned with brand guidelines.
7. Event Management & PR
- Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, and CSR activities.
- Manage PR activities, media releases, interviews, and brand collaborations.
8. Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor a multi-functional marketing and digital team.
- Manage all marketing vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
- Oversee procurement of marketing materials and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Experience across diversified industries (tyres/automotive, real estate, hospitality, or financial services) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
- Experience managing agencies, production houses, and media buying.
