Job Purpose

The Autoline Specialist is responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, and enhancement of the Autoline (Kerridge) DMS system across Sales, Aftersales, Finance, CRM, and Marketing. The role ensures smooth system operations, resolves issues, manages IT-related projects, and supports users with training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Autoline DMS Management

  • Maintain, configure, and enhance the Autoline DMS (ERP) system, including data/report generation, migrations, KForms design, UAT, and user administration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Autoline and other in-house systems ensuring system stability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system upgrades, enhancements, and technical support.
  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of system-related projects.

2. Issue Resolution & Business Support

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Autoline configurations and solutions.
  • Support financial modules, MIS requirements, posting table modifications, and BI module functionalities.
  • Act as second-level support for escalated Autoline issues and guide the support service team.
  • Train end users and support train-the-trainer initiatives.
  • Manage system setups such as company creation, mappings, and data structures.

3. System & Server Support

  • Maintain and operate Linux OS used for core system infrastructure.
  • Perform performance tuning, patches, updates, configuration changes, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Handle system upgrades and troubleshoot server-side incidents proactively.

4. Ad Hoc Projects

  • Execute ad hoc assignments as directed by the Line Manager.
  • Provide timely updates on project status, timelines, and issues affecting delivery.

5. People Management

  • Oversee and guide the application support team to ensure timely task and project completion.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing to enhance team capability.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support team development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Autoline System Administration.

Skills & Competencies

Technical (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Strong Autoline/Kerridge system knowledge, including data structures and BI module.
  • Experience in system analysis, implementation, and SDLC processes.
