Role Overview

The Sales Executive (HVAC) is responsible for promoting and selling the assigned HVAC brand in the market. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing strong client relationships, and providing suitable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the assigned HVAC product range.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, and site visits.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
  • Ensure brand inclusion in consultant specifications.
  • Follow up on projects from design to execution stage.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate internally for product selection.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Follow company procedures and IMS guidelines.

Internal: HVAC Sales team, After Sales, Stores, Admin, HR, Accounts
External: Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers
