Position Purpose

  • Support Sales and After-Sales teams in advertisements, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Lead the CRM and Marketing team.
  • Develop customer lifecycle programs (onboarding, upselling, cross-selling, retention).
  • Coordinate with Principals for orders, incentives, and advertising support.
  • Ensure CRM efforts align with business goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing & CRM Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for automotive products and services.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing across SEO, SEM, social media, emails, website, and content marketing.
  • Handle company social media platforms, website content, promotions, job posts, and product visibility.
  • Collaborate with creatives (designers, writers, developers) to produce marketing assets.
  • Track and report performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Work with IT and Data teams to maintain accurate and integrated customer databases.
  • Develop programs for customer onboarding, retention, and cross-selling.
  • Present CRM insights and reports to management.
  • Guide and support CRM team members.

Coordination with Principals & Sales

  • Liaise with Principals for order placements, incentive claims, and advertising support.
  • Ensure timely receipt of orders and follow up on pending claims.
  • Support Sales Managers in pricing, training, merchandising materials, and sales forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

Events & Promotions

  • Organize and manage promotional events, roadshows, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate with agencies for advertisements and marketing material.
  • Ensure effective execution of marketing events and activities.

General Responsibilities

  • Provide timely MIS reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new marketing tools, and best practices.
  • Support implementation of IT initiatives within the department.

Performance Measures

  • Timely execution of the advertisement calendar within approved budgets.
  • Successful incentive claim settlements.
  • On-time availability of ordered stock.
  • Effective event execution (turnout and cost efficiency).
  • Timely availability and quality of special vehicles for promotions.
