Job Title: Sales Executive – Logistics

Location: Oman

Industry: Logistics / Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain

Job Purpose

To drive business growth by identifying new clients, promoting logistics services, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across Oman’s logistics and freight market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, and customs clearance services.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and customer trends within Oman and GCC.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements with customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM or internal systems.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to represent the company.
  • Provide feedback to management on market needs, service improvements, and product gaps.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3 - 8 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping (preferred).
  • Valid driving license in Oman (advantage).
