Job Title: Operations Executive – Logistics
Location: Oman
Industry: Logistics / Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain
Job Purpose
To ensure smooth coordination and execution of daily logistics operations, including shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and documentation, while maintaining high service standards for clients in Oman.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day logistics operations including air, sea, and land freight.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers for the timely movement of shipments.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all logistics documentation (AWB, BL, invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, etc.).
- Track and monitor shipments and proactively update clients on cargo status.
- Arrange transportation, loading/unloading, warehousing, and last-mile delivery when required.
- Follow up on customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Resolve operational issues or delays, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, supplier invoices, and job files.
- Support the sales team by providing transit times, shipping schedules, pricing inputs, and operational feasibility.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely and professional service.
- Manage KPIs related to turnaround time, shipment accuracy, and service quality.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports as required by management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations (preferred).
- Experience in Oman logistics market is an advantage.
- English language required; Arabic or Hindi is an asset.
