Purpose of the Role

The Assistant Senior Manager (Parts) will support the Parts Sales function, act as the No. 2 position in Parts sales, and be groomed for future leadership responsibilities. The role focuses on driving sales performance, aligning the sales team with company objectives, and ensuring smooth operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as second-in-command for Parts Sales and support the Senior Sales Manager in achieving business targets
  • Motivate, guide, and align the parts sales team with management objectives and KPIs
  • Drive sales growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction across all channels
  • Coordinate daily with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, and service) to resolve operational issues
  • Assist in annual budget preparation, sales forecasting, and performance monitoring
  • Lead and support salesmen training, development, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and sales campaigns in coordination with management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in Oman
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and local regulations
  • Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to management on sales performance

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

  • Engineering Graduate with MBA (preferred)
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Automobile Parts Sales with reputed automotive organizations
  • Strong exposure to ……….. or similar OEM parts operations is an advantage
  • Proven experience in:
    • Parts sales management
    • Annual budgeting and sales planning
    • Sales team leadership and development
    • Promotional activities and market development
  • Strong management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Good computer literacy and experience with MIS/reporting systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
