Job Summary:
The System Analyst / Network Engineer is responsible for managing, supporting,
and securing the company’s IT infrastructure across all locations. The role
ensures reliable network connectivity, system uptime, data security, and
efficient IT support for retail, sales, warehouse, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime.
- Administer desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and scanners across all locations.
- Manage backups (including OneDrive) and ensure data protection and recovery readiness.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, security controls, firewall, antivirus, and user access management.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to users across branches, retail outlets, and offices.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware, connectivity, and system support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, documentation, and support ERP/POS systems from a network and hardware perspective.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network support, preferably in retail/distribution.
