Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Head / Sales Head – Commercial Vehicles to lead and drive the sales operations across Oman. The role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing nationwide sales teams, expanding market share, and achieving business growth targets for the commercial vehicle segment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capability, deep knowledge of the commercial vehicle market, and proven experience in managing large sales teams and dealer networks within the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual and long-term sales targets for commercial vehicles across Oman.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and fleet customers to expand market presence.
- Drive revenue growth while ensuring profitability and sustainable market expansion.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
Brand & Market Development
- Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility for the commercial vehicle portfolio.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with key fleet customers, government entities, contractors, and logistics companies.
Sales Operations Management
- Oversee nationwide sales operations including dealerships, branch offices, and sales channels.
- Set performance targets, KPIs, and monitor sales performance across the country.
- Ensure proper forecasting, pipeline management, and inventory planning.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across Oman.
- Drive performance culture with clear accountability for targets and business outcomes.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of sales personnel.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Handle major negotiations and high-value fleet deals.
Reporting & Coordination
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the General Manager.
- Collaborate with aftersales, finance, and marketing departments to ensure seamless business operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 15 – 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in commercial vehicles / trucks / heavy vehicles.
- Prior experience managing national-level sales operations.
- GCC work experience preferred with strong knowledge of the regional market.
- Experience handling large fleet customers and government tenders will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership exposure with experience managing multi-location sales teams.
