Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented Ticketing Executives to handle airline reservations, ticket issuance, and customer support while ensuring high levels of service accuracy and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma
  • 2–5 years of experience in airline ticketing / travel agency
  • Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
  • Knowledge of fare rules, ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations
  • Assist customers with fare queries, routing options, and travel requirements
  • Ensure compliance with airline fare rules and policies
  • Coordinate with airlines for availability, special fares, and group bookings
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and documentation
  • Provide timely support for customer queries and issue resolution
  • Assist in achieving sales and service targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
