Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Key Account Management professional to drive business growth, manage corporate relationships, and ensure seamless service delivery. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring timely revenue realization.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate and government (ministries) sectors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Actively generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into business

Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients and key accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business

Client Engagement & Coordination

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal operations/servicing teams for effective delivery
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries, issues, and escalations
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders at all levels

Revenue & Collection Management

  • Ensure timely invoicing to corporate clients as per agreed terms
  • Monitor and follow up on payments and receivables
  • Coordinate with finance teams for reconciliation of accounts
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales and revenue targets
  • New client acquisition and business growth
  • Client retention rate and account expansion
  • Collection efficiency / Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
  • Customer satisfaction and service delivery standards
