Role Overview
The Creative Art Director will lead the visual development and execution of high-impact creative campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and video platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a refined aesthetic sense and strong leadership capabilities to translate brand strategy into compelling visual communication while managing and inspiring creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual ideas for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output across all media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, account managers, and strategy teams to deliver innovative campaigns.
- Supervise and manage designers, photographers, videographers, and external vendors.
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Review and approve all visual deliverables to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, creative technologies, and regional market insights.
- Mentor and develop junior creative team members to enhance overall agency standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in design or digital media tools will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 7–20 years of experience in creative design, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (Art Director / Senior Designer / Creative Lead).
- Proven experience working with marketing/advertising agencies is essential.
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns for local and international brands.
- Experience handling clients in luxury, lifestyle, café, fashion, and accessories sectors is highly preferred.
- GCC/Oman market experience will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion/video tools is preferred.
- Understanding of digital platforms, social media creatives, and video content production.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not compulsory.
