Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing / Social Media Specialist to manage the technical and performance aspects of social media platforms. The role focuses on account management, content publishing, paid advertising, and performance tracking to ensure effective digital campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain company and client social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Ensure posts are uploaded in the correct format, quality, and timing.
- Monitor account performance and resolve basic technical or posting issues.
2. Paid Ads & Campaign Management
- Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and approval processes.
- Support campaigns aimed at brand awareness, traffic generation, and lead generation.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze content and campaign performance to identify trends.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for internal and client use.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.
4. Tools & Technical Setup
- Manage business accounts, ad accounts, and access permissions.
- Ensure proper setup and functioning of tracking tools (pixels, analytics, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, website) for campaign execution.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of paid social media advertising.
- Familiarity with analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and timelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Prior experience in a marketing/media agency is highly preferred.
- Experience handling clients in luxury, lifestyle, café, fashion, or accessories sectors will be an advantage.
Language Requirements
- English (Fluent – written & spoken)
- Arabic (Preferred but not mandatory)
