1. Role Summary
The Parts Manager will be responsible for leading the spare parts division, driving business growth, and ensuring efficient inventory and sales operations. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and technical expertise in spare parts, with a focus on maximizing profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening dealer networks.
2. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Drive spare parts sales across domestic (direct & indirect) and export markets
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Design and execute dealer development plans, incentive schemes, and promotions
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Operations & Inventory Management
- Oversee end-to-end spare parts operations including procurement, storage, and distribution
- Monitor inventory levels, stock turnover, and demand forecasting
- Ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
- Establish and maintain efficient inventory control systems
Customer & Market Management
- Review and approve quotations for retail, corporate, and government clients
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research on competitor products, pricing, and trends
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Supplier & Principal Coordination
- Coordinate with principals for ordering, pricing, and product updates
- Provide guidance on procurement planning and product availability
- Stay updated on technical service bulletins and new product launches
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the spare parts sales team
- Set performance targets and monitor team productivity
- Coordinate with branches to ensure smooth execution of sales operations
- Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration
Pricing & Profitability
- Support and implement pricing strategies aligned with market conditions
- Monitor sales performance, margins, and profitability
- Ensure achievement of financial and operational KPIs

4. Candidate Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in spare parts sales & marketing
- At least 5 years of GCC experience (mandatory)
Education
