Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented professional to join our AMPP Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer and distribution network, and developing strategic business partnerships within the automotive aftermarket segment.

The role focuses on lubricants, batteries, automotive maintenance parts, and related aftermarket products across B2B, wholesale, and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive aftermarket sector.
  • Expand and strengthen B2B, wholesale, and retail customer networks.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities.
  • Monitor market developments in lubricants, batteries, and aftermarket maintenance products.

Channel Development

  • Develop and maintain a strong channel partner and dealer network.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with distributors and business partners.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally.

Negotiation & Commercial Support

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Support payment collection and receivables follow-up.

Product Knowledge & Technical Support

  • Maintain updated knowledge of automotive lubricants, batteries, and maintenance products.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and applications to customers.

Training & Dealer Support

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to channel partners and dealer teams.
  • Support dealer performance improvement initiatives.

Inventory & Reporting

  • Provide market feedback for inventory planning and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance updates for management review.

Job Dimensions

  • Financial Responsibility: Payment collection and monthly sales review
  • Team Handling: 1–2 staff members (if applicable)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • BE / MBA preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lubricants, batteries, automotive aftermarket parts sales, or related automotive industry
  • Experience in Oman/GCC automotive aftermarket industry preferred
