Description:
• Administration of Wintel, Active Directory & Messaging environment
• Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Windows Servers 2008/2012
• Strong knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, GPO, DFS
• Excellent hands on experience on Exchange Server 2010/13, Office 365 & Skype for Business Environment/Lync 2013, Team
• Experience in handling Email Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus Issues
• Strong Knowledge on Microsoft & Exchange Clustering
• Working Knowledge of File & Print servers
• Experience in handling Anti-Virus Issues
• Responsible for all incidents, service requests and all alerts
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certified (Preferred)
