Description:
• Administration of Wintel, Active Directory environment
• Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Windows Servers 2008/2012
• Strong knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS
• Excellent hands on experience on Windows Servers & SCCM
• Strong Knowledge on Microsoft & Exchange Clustering
• Working Knowledge of File & Print servers
• Experience in handling Anti-Virus Issues
• Working Knowledge of File, Print servers & SCCM
• Experience in Managing Blade Servers & Chassis
• Responsible for all incidents, service requests and all alerts
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certified (Preferred)
