Description:

Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of
systems
• Catch and dispatch of tickets
• Filter and prioritize the complaints / service requests
received from email and Web/chat
• Attend the call when customers’ calls direct on phone to the
help desk
• Raise Trouble Ticket (TT) or Service Request (SR) in Customer
Ticketing tool with complete information
• Route TT & SR to relevant L1 Team
• Assign priority to TT & SR
• Feedback on the status of TT & SR
