Responsible for providing high-quality technical support
• Deliver effective technical customer support
• Taking ownership of technical issues and working with development
group to resolve more advanced issues
• Resolving escalated issues without the need for team lead intervention
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
• Participation in providing training to customers as required
• Strong Telecom background in OSS/BSS Support
• Working experience in Telecom Service provider environment for
supporting OSS/BSS applications
• Applications Configuration knowledge
• Work experience in operational support of telecom Service Provider
